June 2016

An idea arises during a hike on the Hochkönig..... For reasons of speed, precision and one-handed operation, most athletes want a squeezable bottle, but nobody wants the bad taste of plastic bottles. Do we have to sacrifice cleanliness and good taste for functionality when it comes to the essential topic of drinking?

Pictures from this day:

October 2016

Countless hours at trade fairs, searching for material solutions and technologies.....

November 2016

From alloys, elastic and metallic glass to complicated pumping systems, origami structures, hydroforming, deep drawing and creative welding - for one reason or another, none of these technologies seem to be the right solution to the challenge.

May 2017

Breakthrough... After a development partner was found at the Montanuniversität Leoben (Austria), initial tests on the layer technology are producing positive results and titanium is the material of choice!

August 2017

Another proof of concept. This time from Denmark. The layer technology also works in the form of a sports bottle.

September 2017

Working on the design - because technology alone is not enough.
