Order in good time before Christmas and we will make sure that your order is shipped as quickly as possible. We process all incoming orders reliably and forward the packages to our shipping partner DHL promptly.
Here you can see the cut-off dates for your destination country:
Austria / Netherlands / Belgium:
Orders must be placed by December 18 at 10:00 a.m.
Germany:
Orders placed by 10:00 a.m. on December 19
Experience has shown that DHL delivers within two business days. If you place an order on the weekend, delivery should therefore take place by December 24. However, we cannot guarantee this.
If delivery to your country is no longer possible before Christmas, we recommend the popular KEEGO gift cards.
This allows the recipient to choose their favorite products and colors themselves.

Once the order has been handed over to our shipping partner, delivery is the responsibility of DHL. Especially in the run-up to Christmas, delays can occur despite punctual shipping, over which we unfortunately have no control. Therefore, we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas.
