1.1 In certain cases, KEEGO offers its customers to buy products on pre-order. The pre-order option is available for products that are temporarily out of stock and for new or limited edition products. A pre-order serves as a reservation and guarantees that the selected products will be held for the customer until they are in stock and ready for shipment. Products available for pre-order are clearly marked in the webshop with the label 'Pre-order' or 'Vorbestellung' and can be added to the shopping cart by clicking on the 'Pre-order' or 'Vorbestellen' button.

1.2 You undertake to pay the price upon conclusion of the contract. The current price of the products at the time of the pre-order will be debited.

1.3 KEEGO will dispatch the products in the order in which the pre-orders have been received. If you cancel or forfeit your reservation in accordance with these terms, your position will be taken by the next person on the product reservation list.

1.4 After dispatch of the pre-order, the normal delivery times apply. You can view the standard delivery times in our web shop.

1.5 If your order contains both pre-order products and products in stock (ready to ship), your order will be shipped as one package as soon as all items are available and ready to ship (standard delivery).

1.6 Although we will endeavour to deliver pre-order products as quickly as possible, you understand and agree that delays may occur. An estimated shipping time is only an estimate, is subject to change and KEEGO does not assume any responsibility or guarantee that the product will be delivered by the estimated date.

1.7 In the event of delay and failure to meet the expected delivery, KEEGO is therefore not responsible for any damage that may be caused by the delay, nor is it obliged to grant any discounts, refunds or credits on account of such delays.

1.8 We will keep you informed of any news regarding this delivery schedule. You may cancel your pre-order at any time up to the delivery date for a full refund. If for any reason you decide that you do not wish to continue waiting for your pre-order product, you may cancel your reservation as stated in our Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy.
