Our Pre-order Policy adds onto the General Terms and Conditions which can be found here.

1.1 In certain cases, KEEGO offers its customers to purchase products on pre-order basis. The pre-order option is available for products temporarily out of stock, as well as for new-in or limited-edition products. A pre-order acts as a reservation and guarantees that the selected products will be held for the customer until they are in stock and ready to be dispatched. Products available for pre-order are clearly marked in the web-shop with a “Pre-order” label and can be added to the shopping cart by clicking the “Pre-order” button.

1.2 You undertake to pay the price upon conclusion of the contract and you will be charged the full price of the products at the time of placing the pre-order.

1.3 KEEGO will dispatch products according to the order in which the pre-orders are received. If you cancel or forfeit your reservation in accordance with these Terms, your position will be taken by the next person on the product reservation list called “Evolution list”. “Evolution list” is a table that contains anonymized data about outstanding pre-orders. This table includes the order number, delivery country and estimated dispatch date, and is primarily publicly accessible to those that have made a pre-order and have received a pre-order update. Once the estimated dispatch date for your pre-order is updated, you will receive an email containing that link to the “Evolution List” which will provide the estimated dispatch date for your pre-order.

1.4 Once the pre-order has been dispatched, normal delivery times apply. The standard delivery times can be viewed in our web-shop.

1.5 If your order contains both pre-order products and products in stock (ready to be dispatched), by standard your order will be dispatched as one package once all items are available and ready to be shipped (Standard delivery).

If you are ordering three bottles (a mix of pre-order products and products in stock) and your delivery country is within the EU, you have the option to receive each product as soon as it is back in stock and available for dispatch (Express delivery). If you opt for this delivery option, you will need to pay a higher delivery fee as the products will be delivered separately and in multiple packages. The delivery fee, depending on the chosen delivery option and delivery destination, will be displayed at the checkout.

1.6 Although we will make efforts to begin delivering pre-order products as soon as reasonably practicable, you understand and agree that there may be delays. An estimated time of dispatch is only an estimate, is subject to change, and KEEGO does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the product by the estimated date.

1.7 As a result, in the event that a delay arises, and the estimated shipment is not met, KEEGO is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay, nor shall it be obligated to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any such delays.

1.8 We will provide you updates with respect to such delivery schedule. You can withdraw from your pre-order at any time up to the delivery date for a full refund of the price. If for any reason you decide that you do not wish to continue to wait for your pre-order product, you may cancel your reservation as stated in our Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy.
